New 3/4 Orthotic Insole Support Weak and Fallen Arches Helps Many Medical Problems (5/6.5 UK)

Have over pronation due to recovering from 4 fractures in my ankle needing surgery with metal work to repair. Have brought several others to use in all my shoes. Initially feel too hard bit my feet got used to them quickly and already after 1.month use my ankle position is improving.

I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for a while, and these PRO 1 Wellbeing orthotic insoles have made a real difference. I use one pair in my slippers around the house and the other in my trainers for daily wear/standing. After about two months of consistent use, the sharp heel pain is definitely less intense – not completely gone, but noticeably better on most days.They provide solid arch support and a good heel cup that helps with alignment and reduces strain. I do wish I'd gone for the full-length version instead of these (they seem to be 3/4 or similar based on how they fit), as I think that extra coverage under the forefoot might have helped even more. That said, they're still very effective for what they are.One extra tip that's helped me alongside these insoles: doing gentle calf stretches and standing on tiptoes a few times a day gives surprisingly good short-term pain relief – almost like a reset for the fascia.Yes, they're on the expensive side compared to basic insoles, but if you're struggling with plantar fasciitis, fallen arches, or related back/foot issues, these feel like a worthwhile investment. They've become a staple in my footwear rotation, and I'm glad I gave them a try. Recommended for anyone looking for decent orthotic support without going custom!These are not good enough to get a 5 but they are a solid 4..

Zuerst dachte ich"die sind ja viel zu hart", aber nach zehn Minuten laufen, wurde ich eines besseren belehrt! Diese Einlagen sind wirklich super, der Fersenschmerz verschwindet innerhalb von wenigen Minuten und man kann lange und entspannt laufen! Ich habe mir direkt ein zweites Paar für die Arbeit gekauft. Solitamente uso un plantare da inserire all'interno della calzatura. Amo le scarpe basse ... ma anche d'estate sono legata al plantare.La soletta non lo sostituisce, ovvio, ma consente di indossare una calzatura diversa ( pur sempre chiusa) dalle solite scarpe.Riduce fortemente il "battere" del calcagno a terra e rialza l'arcata del piede.

Son las mejores. Se adaptan perfectamente.

Die Einlegesohlen sind sehr bequem, ich habe sie in fast allen Schuhen wegen Plantarfasciitis. Passform für mich super, nicht zu schmal. Damit laufe ich auch längere Strecken schmerzfrei. Der Preis ist auch super, Lieferzeit etwas länger aber das stört mich nicht.
