Crayola 18 Twistable Vibrant Coloured Pencils

My son's teacher requested these in the class supply list, which is why we bought them. My six year old really enjoys using them, because he doesn't have to sharpen them and the always-fine tips make it easer for him to color within small spaces.That said, I emailed Crayola to ask if the plastic barrels on these pencils are recyclable, and was told by a Crayola consumer affairs representative that at this point they're not.It's really a pity. So many of these "Twistable" type pencils and crayons are being sold, which is a great deal of plastic that will wind up in the landfills in exchange for the relatively small bit of usable lead/wax in each packet. I wish I'd done my own homework before I bought them. I won't buy them again, and will advise his teacher against using them on the class supply list in the future.

as described, not used yet, quick delivery, just bit expensive to get extra colour choice from standard 10colours in pencils (which i don't understand as CRAYONS have 12 colours) but that is CRAYOLA ISSUE

These are ace. No pencil sharpener no mess! We use the pencils and crayons for years now and enjoy buying more as it means we've used up the last lot having fun colouring in.

These colours are great just like all of the crayola colours. It has three colours which are exactly like highlighters and many other 'vibrant' colours too. It's great for school projects as well

These are the best pencils I have ever used and I have tried a lot. The cost is appropriate to their quality and ease of use. Great product and one which I would buy again or recommend.
