Could I heat it up in other way, as ain't got a microwave?

Is this a serious question! What did you have in mind ? In the event this is a serious question I would heat some water, take the pan off the direct heat and then put the pack into the water to transfer heat to it from the water.

Can i buy an extra gel pack to keep in the freezer? Or do i have to buy the whole thing again? This question relates to the elbow support.
