Why did you pick this product vs others?:works great, all the animals use it, the cat especially loves it. this fountain is decently quiet mostly water sounds, very relaxing if you're into that. once the water gets too low you can definitely hear it. easy to fill and clean. only inconvenience is changing the filters often. but that's with any water fountain, the refills for the filters are fairly cheap. the stainless steel is by far better than the plastic ones I've tried.

I purchase this part water fountain to replace an all plastic one that was nearly 2 years old (its pump was failing).I LOVE this water fountain! It is easy to assemble, easy to fill, easy to clean (pop it in the dishwasher, minus the pump), it is very quiet, and my cats love it! AND the pump has a 2 year warranty!

I ordered two fountains and one has already had its motor die after barely two months. I reached out to the company today for the 18 month pump warranty and I'm waiting to hear back on the new pumps delivery date. Will update when company reaches out. Otherwise it's been a great fountain, quiet, easy to clean and put together.Update: Company responded right away with a tracking number for new pump am assured me any further issues they'd be happy to help! New pump arrived and works great!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this filter for a little over a year now and I love it. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and easy to maintain. It’s good to clean the machine often for best results. I clean it about every 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. It doesn’t leak, it isn’t noisy and it holds a lot of water. My filter broke down a few months after a year’s use. I reached out directly to the manufacturers and they sent two replacements at no cost. Very pleasant and friendly customer service. Thanks Emily!I recommend this fountain. 10/10 I will definitely be purchasing another in the future.

This water fountain is an AWESOME PRODUCT AND Rellaty provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have six cats, and they LOVE THIS FOUNTAIN. Cleaning is a breeze but be sure to follow the cleaning instructions to the letter. I CANNOT POSSIBLY OVER EMPHASIZE FOLLOWING THE CLEANING INSTRUCTINS. I can't say for sure, but I would guess a lot of the "pump failures" noted in other reviews are due to NOT FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY AS WRITTEN, particularly with removing the ROTOR! Removing the rotor is KEY to keeping the pump running as designed. If you use this fountain as designed and clean it as instructed, you and your cats will LOVE this fountain and if you need customer service, you will be very pleased!

We have had this fountain a little over a year. It is by far the quietest fountain we have had so far. The tank size is great and is easy to keep clean even with 4 cats in the house). Our pump started slowing down a few weeks ago, so I reached out to the customer service and our new pump just arrived today. Great product and service…highly recommend.

I bought this about 15 months ago. easy to clean, quiet. But after the last cleaning and filter change, it would not run. Needs a new motor, which I think I can order through the company. But my cat will absolutely not drink from anything other than a fountain. So I ordered another one. It arrived in 2 days and my cat is drinking water again. I’ll contact the company for replacement motor and have a second fountain in another location.
