Is it heavy metals tested?

I’ve had it in a shake while listening to Metallica and it seemed fine

This product says it has over 5g Glutamic Acid and yet claims it is gluten free. Please explain the contradiction.

Glutamic acid have nothing to do with Gluten.Glutamic acid is an amino acid that is among the free form glutamine within the building blocks of protein.Glutamic acid is a non-essential amino acid naturally occurring in the L-form. Glutamic acid is the most common excitatory neurotransmitter in the CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM. ... In humans, dietary proteins are broken down by digestion into amino acids, which serves as metabolic fuel or other functional roles in the body. Soy protein is a protein that is isolated from soybean. It is made from soybean meal that has been dehulled and defatted. Soybean protein is a "complete protein" since it provides all of the essential amino acids for human nutrition. In the description is also mentioned 2g of arginine, the amino acid arginine changes into nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is a powerful neurotransmitter that helps blood vessels relax and also improves circulation. Some evidence shows that arginine may help improve blood flow in the arteries of the heart. So this Soya Protein powder is safe to use. I am using everyday and I get more protein this way I need as a vegetarian.
