Can they be put in a colour order? I'm doing whats known as the melted crayon heart but I need many crayons in a rainbow. Can this be done with these?

Yes they can be. They are a few odd colours depending on how you flow the colours through (some browns may go into reds or purple if not but that accounts to 3-4 colours ). It will look amazing. Good luck. Brilliant idea.

Is this pack of crayon washable?

They are wax crayons so it should be washable. It’s not like markers.

Why does it say “do not smudge”?

A wax crayon will not spread when used, ink, paint etc would probably smudge until it had dried.
