UPDATE: Finally got a response from customer service and they sent out a replacement handheld shower head. Updating the rating to 4 stars because, although customer service probably wouldn’t have responded if it wasn’t for the 1-star rating, the water pressure really is fantastic.We loved the shower head until the handheld shower head broke after 8 months of use. We only use the handheld for a minute to rinse down the shower stall after we’re done showering, so there shouldn’t be any reason for it to crack and break after only 8 months. My wife emailed the company for a replacement, since the manual says there’s a 2-year warranty, and their seller profile says they’ll respond in 24 hours. It’s been 1 week and still no response. It’s very disappointing this company does not stand behind their warranty.

Works great instal it right there’s no leaks I notice other peoples review the handles don’t work but by watching there videos they have there handle holder upside down the arrow must face upwards to hold on to the shower thing. Perfect pressure coming out of it so if you live in Las Vegas it’s good with the water pressure out here. I forgot when installing you might want a rubber pliers so you don’t scratch/grind off the silver finishing on it. Other then that works great

I body feel so much cleaner and better with the water pressure. The shower head is so easy to put it on. Just make sure to tape it good so it doesn’t drip

Worth every penny..If you are not high maintenance and you just want something reasonably priced with high pressure that improves the softness of your hair.. this is the shower head for you.. the handheld holder is plastic and flimsy but it gets the job done once you connect the filter and the shower head it does look like a huge rocket ship coming out of your shower arm but again if you're not high maintenance this is perfect for you.. I was immediately impressed by the pressure out of the shower head and the handheld... Handheld is only one setting but with the pressure it produces it's totally okay... The shower head is multi-functional and all settings have amazing pressure.. just wow all around

I brought this to help hair wash day easy for my toddler girl and this shower head did that plus more. First let's start with her hair has improved so much after changing to this shower head. It alot more soft and more manageable. Second, I usually hate getting into our shower because we live in a older home but now I feel like I'm in paradise underneath a waterfall. Lastly, the different options are wonderful! There's one that works for everyone in the family.
