Batteries here were new, perfect and as much as 85% cheaper than other advertised batteries of the same manufacturer...why go elsewhere?

I bought these almost exactly one year ago. One battery was DOA. Second one lasted about 8 months...okay, that's cool for the low price. Third battery, almost 2 months. And when it failed, it was just suddenly dead. The car didn't even give me the warning of a weak battery. Walked outside after having just driven the car to a friend's house and no response when I walked outside to leave. Honestly, I thought it was my key fob until I put the fourth and final battery in this morning and it worked. I don't have high hopes for much longevity. All this after having a typical battery life of 18-24 months suggests that something just ain't right with these batteries.
