Bumper box of tasty treats that keep his teeth tip top
My dog loves these things! His little face lights up when he gets one at the end of each day.I was skeptical many years ago that this kind of "health snack" would really do any good at all, but one day decided to give them a try, and was somewhat astonished at how much difference they made in a short time. After only a few days, his teeth were genuinely cleaner and whiter.Adding the obvious positive effect to him liking them so much, they became a regular part of his daily routine.Finding them here at a bargain price for a bumper box is a boon.I received 10 standard packs of 7 sticks in a sealed printed shop shelf display box (as you'd get from a commercial supplier or cash and carry). The box went straight in the recycling, and the packs in my dog's cupboard. They're all the same variety/flavour, which seems to be maybe "beef" or "chicken" although I'm not sure, and can't see it written on the individual packs (it might have been written on the box). Whatever the flavour is supposed to be, he likes them and they don't smell bad. Each pack of 7 sticks can be kind of resealed with the included sticky tab on the packet, but I prefer to decant the contents into a strong ziploc bag to keep them fresh, tidy and easy to access.

Description & picture confused me at first
The picture of a 7 stick pack and the wording "7 Stick (Pack of 10)" confused me at first and it was only through reading the reviews that I realised this is actually very good value, especially when purchased via subscribe and save. For anyone else that's confused, the product is a cardboard box of 10 individually wrapped packs of 7 sticks: 70 Dentastix in total. This is unlike what I've seen elsewhere, as I've only previously seen them sold in boxes of 28 or 56. If fed daily though, 70 is just perfect every 2 months with subscribe and save.As for the Dentastix themselves, our Boxer x Old English Bulldog loves them and has one every night, the equivalent to us cleaning our teeth before bed and that's how he knows when it's bedtime! Don't give more than 1 per day though as they aren't good for Doggies in larger than recommended quantities - they're not training treats!!

Dentastix
Have used these for dog teeth for many years and they do exactly as it says.

Dogs love them
These seem to be a great price (£14.25 for 70 sticks) compared to a lot of places, so I've put them onto Subscribe and Save, however I do spot them at supermarkets for £1 a packet every so often so I'm still looking out for that bargain!I have 3 large dogs, although only two eat this size of stick, the other is older so eats the size down as he seems to prefer it. All dogs love their dentastix, and wait patiently for one after their dinner. It's a ritual not to be broken!Do they clean their teeth? I don't know, I know a lot of people say they don't, and I believe with a lot of dogs they don't, but my dogs teeth are quite good, and my friends dog, who gets two a day, has pristine pearly whites at 12.5 years old, and its most certainly not down to eating good food, it can only be these! So I don't know, I still think dogs should have raw bones and their teeth brushed, but I don't think a dentastix a hurts, and without a doubt, dogs seem to love them.

The dog loves them more than us :)
Our greyhound loves them, goes just nuts about them. He is not at all driven by food, he often refuses treats. He is fussy about his meals as well. But these chews he just takes any day. But we have a ritual, as it's his last thing before sleep. We go for a walk, then he gets his dentastix and is left alone with it in his room, while we go to sleep in the bedroom. Before using dentastix, he often howled before going to sleep, didn't like to be left alone, but with the dentastix he is content. And he really expects to get it, so it's so useful that there are so many of them in the box.

My dogs prefer these to a toothbrush.
My dogs love these, they don`t upset their stomachs and one in the evening is their treat and teeth cleaning regime. They appear to work, as my dogs one of them being 10 yrs , don`t have excessive plaque build up on their teeth.I give them these just to supplement a well balanced dog diet of hard biscuits and a touch of wet food. Only dog foodfor my dogs. They don`t help with stinky breath though and I personally wouldn`t buy the minty flavour but as long asmy dogs don`t have plaque on their teeth and are healthy I don`t worry about their breath.

Doggy licious
I have been giving my Rottweiler of almost 8yrs now these since she was 6mnths old and the vet is very impressed as am I by how clean and healthy her teeth and gums are. She so looks forward to her treat every night. The only downside is that they didn't arrive in a multi-flavour pack.I very highly recommend every one treat their dog to these as a must and the dogs sure do love em.Saving alot buying this way also saves alot of hassle with trips back and forth the pet shop/supermarket.

Dog said woof woof.
An edible toothbrush for dogs. Amazing. I think this is 5 stars because the dog wagged his tale and looked like he was smiling when he saw the packet. I bought the large ones as he is a big dog, one stick lasts about half a minute with him.I hope one day they make these for humans as it would be good to be able to eat and clean your teeth as the same time.
