so i purchased this pc and turned it on. leds look fantastic and it turned on my monitor nicely. i saw that there was no wifi so I decided to try and connect it. for god knows why it doesn't show wifi options. i sat there and thought "hm maybe ill troubleshoot it." still ain't work. only option I saw was for ethernet and all I wanted was some good wifi. at the end of the day I still couldn't connect it and I'm returning it.UPDATE: so.. i knew nothing about pcs when i wrote this review and the little usb with the antenna it came with was actually a wifi adapter lol. besides from me being ignorant, pc is pretty good for its price. i do advise you to get a wifi card that goes in the motherboard because the wifi adapter is not that great. especially if you want to run games like roblox or download games because it is a weak adapter and my wifi would disconnect. basically what im trying to say is: WIFI IS NOT BUILT IN BUT IS IN THE FORM OF USB. ive already ordered the wifi card to put in the motherboard and hopefully my wifi situation gets better.(UPDATE again..) wifi got a lot better but ram sticks are not from an american brand. the label is in chinese so i'm a bit skeptic. pressing shut down on the computer only shuts down the system but pc is still on. few usb ports in the back don't work. cpu fan started to get loud so i tried to replace it. when i did, it wouldn't turn on. currently in repair. i hope it's okay.(ANOTHER UPDATE) yeah im just an idiot and i plugged in something wrong on the motherboard. cooler sounds and looks great now that i replaced it. im looking to replace the graphics card because it is kinda outdated.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item for my teenage child and the first tower did not power on at all upon receiving. I reached out to the seller customer support and they were very quick to respond to try troubleshooting. Unfortunately, they needed me to send the item back and I would receive a replacement.Today I received the replacement item BUT it too would not work as expected. I was unable to connect to my Wi-Fi network and then when I powered off computer and turned back on, it wouldn’t get monitor signal but tower fan was running. Video and pic is from the replacement product.I’m just very disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase.

For the price of this computer I’m surprised how well it’s worked. I use it for my business to write invoices etc etc. and it works well. I don’t use it for any type of gaming so I can’t really give a recommendation based on that. But for doing daily work , invoicing, quickbooks etc it works very well.

I got this for my son to replace his ibuypower pc that recently died (faulty surge protector). This was the same specs.It came very well packaged with easy set-up instructions. It runs great. I will say its not a high end pc, but it can be upgraded.My only gripe is that it was region locked in California so i cant set the time zone properly. Other than that it runs and looks amazing.

Because this is a small business, I decided to go ahead and purchase my gaming PC from ViprTech. Not only was this PC incredibly affordable, but it works great for a beginner PC! I love that we will be able to update it and grow the configuration as we get more into PC gaming, and ViprTech allowed us, and encourages buyers, to do so. But for the cost and being our first PC to use for gaming, this PC has been amazing -- what I loved the most (as a new PC gamer) was that they included a step my step video AND written guide (with pictures) to help me get the PC set up, and included the directions on how to setup/install different accessories such as mouse, keyboard, headset, desktop, etc. even though I didn't purchase them with my PC. This made the process INCREDIBLY easy, and I had it set up and running in less than an hour. They provide a lot of information on any issues you may encounter and how to fix them easily right away, and their customer service is EXTREMELY helpful -- if something is wrong, they will do everything they can to walk you through how to fix it on your own so you don't have to send the PC back and wait for it to come back to you. I hope that they continue to produce beginner PCs and expand to provide higher tech PCs and parts for people to increase capabilities through them, because I absolutely would! Great people with a great product!

Edit: Don’t buy any PC from viprtech. After 6 months of having this desktop I’m already having issues with their subpar parts. After reaching out they told me the warranty only covers labor, not the parts. So do yourself a favorite and spend the extra money to get a PC with way better parts.I’ve only had this PC for two days and honestly wish I had did more thorough research before purchasing this one. It’ll do for now, as it’s able to be upgraded in the future, but there are some tips I want to give to those thinking of buying this one.First: please purchase a dual band WiFi adapter when you buy the pc because the one that comes with it is garbage. I could barely download a game without the WiFi cutting out and when it did I had to unplug the adapter and plug it back in. It was a pain in the rear.Second: This PC will not play newer games…at all. So if you’re considering this for your kid who loves to game, spend the extra cash and get something with better specs.If you’re ok with those things then by all means, get it. It is a good deal.

I am sadden that the computer is not working after purchasing it in less than two years. I purchased this item for my grandson. He was very excited when he received the computer. I want it fixed or replaced.

This is my first gaming pc and I never had a pc faster than this. Maybe because it's a gaming pc. Honestly the wi-fi stick it comes with isn't worth using as I experienced so I looked at other reviews and someone mentioned you'll need a dual-brand wifi so I got one and it's great. My only complaint is the fan stopped working after less than a month of owning it and the wi-fi stick it comes with sucks. Other than that a great pc and wonderful display. :)
