I have a very sensitive elbow joint with a rotator tendon injury - the slightest knock to the elbpw remains painful for a while (amazing how often we knock our elbows - I never knew!). I have worn this for taekwondo and MTB cycling (just in case...) as well as round the house for DIY stuff and it's been brilliant. The dull ache I was expereincing has largely gone. It's not curing my elbow of course, but helping avoid knocks that just set things back. I got a second, as they do need to be washed, especially after something sporty. Tight but comfortable fit and the padded area is perfect.

Bought one to try for rifle target shooting as had elbow problems when supporting rifle. Worked fantastic bought a second for other elbow.

Easy and comfortable to wear, sadly the middle round jel pocket on each elbow has emptied thereby loosing thier effectiveness

Measeured as directed in description, but this thing is way too tight and it is then just too uncomfortable to wear. I would not recommend it because of this .....

Gives you complete protection after a break or injury . My husband suffered a broken elbow and has ongoing painful issues . I purchased a double pack and they have proved to be invaluable . On opening the package, the elbow support looked really small and it was. I couldn’t even pull the elbow support up my arm. I returned it immediately.
