I love these. Having a roll of parchment paper is nice, but I'm really good at tearing it or making it the wrong size. These sheets perfectly the smallest pan I have and can two sheets can be used for larger ones. I was kinda iffy at first. Then I pulled the first sheet out, placed it on the tray and there's no need to cut of excess or leave it hanging over. These have a higher heat rating than the rolls I usually use too. I'm a fan. Update on these: I purchased them this past May. February is almost over and it's time to order more. They've been a big help when roasting just about anything. Even reheating pizza or sandwiches is easier with these compared to cheese melting on foil. I feel lazy when I use these because I just take a sheet or two out and plop it on the tray. Yep, I'm still a fan.

These are the best parchment paper I have ever used. I use them consistently for roasting, baking and wrapping cheese. I love the ease of keeping them an how easily it is to pull one out each time. I will and have continued to buy these.

The wrapping paper is good easy to pull and fold. I would also use them as a baking sheet and would fold them to wrap some cookies or baked goods. It is aesthetic and great in pictures. A little bit smooth so be careful your food might drop

This paper is a very good value; less sheets needed due to large size. Made a nice presentation in the box for my baked goods. I would purchase again.

This Parchment paper works great and makes a lovely rustic-looking cone for French fries. However, it's about an inch smaller (all the way around) than the professssionalhalf-sheet pans these papers are MENT TO FIT! These SHOUD fit, according to the description on the product's page. If this paper had actually fit my professional half-sheet pans, without gaps, it would have been a five-star review.

I'm a big fan of using parchment paper when baking just about anything, and recently ran out of the parchment roll I had been using. Getting the precut sheets is so handy!! I really love that it's exactly the right size for my Nordicware half-sheets, and they make sticking a non-issue as well as easy cleanup.

They work great for baking my sourdough and lifting it in and out of the Dutch oven.

Super sur le principe pour bien calibrer les macarons. Dommage qu'il faille pocher sur l'envers de la feuille (donc sur la face qui n'est pas imprimée) et que les feuilles arrivent dans un paquet où elles sont pliées en deux donc déformées !
