I love this product but the instructions, for using and training with these talking dog buttons, are not in the box. To find instructions, just go back to the product on Amazon, it is included in the product description.I purchased the 4 button pack. It came with: 4 buttons with batteries inserted (just pull out the tab when ready to use), 2 mats, velcro dots to attach buttons to mats, and stickers to label the buttons.I got this for my Min Pin’s birthday. He just turned 10. He weighs about 12 pounds. I recorded his first button, the red one, with: “Do you want a treat?” He learned how to use it in less than 5 minutes. The only challenging part is pressing the button hard enough to hear the recording. He figured it out. He is very treat-motivated and very intelligent. I started with a treat button because I knew he would love it. The next button will be for “Out”. The 3rd will be “Fireplace” (for his favorite fireplace heater) and the 4th will be, “Are you hungry?”.My Min Pin loves learning new things. Dogs are never too old to learn. At 10, my Min Pin is stilllike a puppy. I believe it is because he has an excellent diet, lots of love and affection, and has lots of intellectual stimulation to satisfy his curiosity.This is an excellent product made to endure, very easy to use, and fun for my Min Pin and me. I recommend it.

I love it. I have a 1 year old Schnoodle and she was pressing the I love you button yesterday and the hungry button this morning.

I bought this for my sister who in obsessed with her Australian shepherd. I took a look at them before I gifted it to her and the product is solid. Comes with 2 sturdy mats, buttons that already come with batteries (which is a huge plus) and Velcro stickers for securing the buttons to the mat. Cool thing that you can easily record your own voice so her dog will love that. Once my sister trains her dog on this I will try and update this review. But for the quality and price it’s a great buy no doubt.

The media could not be loaded.  my dog figured this out in about 5 minutes. Now I have to put it away, because he tells me he wants treats all day long if not.

My dog Kris and I are having a fun time with these buttons. Sound is loud and clear. So far he's mastering treats, of course. Glad I bought it after watching a bunch of youtube videos. Definitely worth the price.

For being cheap switches, they work ok. The mat isn't very sticky and the buttons don't velcro to it very well.

First off, it comes with batteries included so you can use right away! It’s been so much fun to teach my dog how to use it. We’ve recorded funny audio clips as jokes and are practicing for a TikTok dance! All jokes aside, it’s a great way to provide some mental and physical stimulation, it’s important for us to rotate indoor activities when the weather is too harsh for outdoor activities. It’s also been great to build on to our communication with our dog, such as generalizing known commands like “potty”. We’re working on full sentences, looking forward to having fun with these through the winter and for long after.
