i have an apple watch series 7 41mm and apple watch series 8 45mm which one should i buy?

I have the series 7 and it’s not much different at all. The only real difference I see is there’s more options for health monitoring.

Hello friends, we do not have SML size, we only have two sizes of this watch band, 38mm/40mm/41mm Size fits for 5.1"-7.1" (130mm-180mm) wrist; 42mm/44mm/45mm/49mm Size fits for 5.9"-7.9" (150mm-200mm) wrist. Please check the size on the backside of your iWatch to choose the right size.

Will these silicone bands work with the newly release apple watch series 8 and Ultra 49mm ?

Don’t know. Mine is 49mm but not Ultra.
