Warning: NOT Xconnect Compatible.
Be warned, although the lights show up under an Xconnect search, the connectors are too small to fit commercial standard Xconnect systems. The connectors are configured similar to Xconnect, with the nut on the female side and square notches, but the male barrel threads are 15mm instead of 17mm like Xconnect. I'm not really sure what style these are, but you will have to cut and solder your own connectors to make these work on most standard set-ups.

Looks good
Easy to install. Drill a hole and shove it in. Little nubs keep it in place. Plenty bright. Good colors.

these are resistor based and not regulator based pixels
I picked these up because I could get them next day with Prime and I needed them quickly. They were $95 when I purchased them and are now $90 at the time of this review. They worked well for what I needed at the time. Be aware that these are resistor based and not regulator based pixels. It doesn't mention that in the description. I have found resisted pixels to require more frequent power injection and the two types do not always play nice together which is why I've been switching all of my props over to regulated pixels.

Work great for dancing lights
This are great WS2811 lights. The WS2811 refers to the driver chip. Some sellers are marketing GS1903 and others as WS2811. These respond correctly and work with each of my controllers. They do run at 5 volts, but are dim. 12 volts work as a charm and are super bright. They have handled water well. I really light these lights and they are perfect for my holiday display!

Not reliable outdoors
Multiple strands failing after just one season outdoors. A random individual pixel will stop transmitting data to the other pixels down the strand. The result is that all the remaining pixels get stuck in their last state. It's happened to at least 8 different pixels on 3 different strands, rendering the strands useless for my holiday displays. Strands from other brands in the same conditions continue to work fine! You can cut out the bad pixel and resolder the strand together to get it working again, but it will just fail at another spot soon thereafter. Best to avoid this brand!

Dead pixel within a month
I’ve ordered several strings and have been using them with DDP through Wled - controlled by Falcon Player.Worked well - but already one dead pixel (which kills all subsequent pixels in the entire chain). After reading other reports about short lifetime and dead pixels…. I’m getting nervous! Can the distributor replace the faulty string…. And perhaps include a few spare pixels for future repairs?
