Easy to assemble and looks exactly as pictured. All individual components seem sturdy (my toddler has stepped on the bars a few times without incident...yet). However I can see how some people have experienced rips with the fabric being used to hold the books. It is thin and I can imagine all it takes is a sharp corner from a book and a careless toss for a hole to appear and quickly get larger. Just try to remember to be gentle with it and resist the urge to overload it and I think you should be fine...It doesn't take up much space at all but the amount it holds has been impressive. Lots of space for books and toys. Pleased with this purchase.

Honestly I think it's great for £20. I bought this because I wanted my 2 year olds books to be more accessible for him to encourage him to enjoy stories again, it's worked for all 3 of my children 8,6 & 2 lol. I've got 20 books on it with space for more and some books are really thick. It was really quick and easy to put together, took about l0 minutes. I got 3 little boxes with it too which are great for little cars and trains etc. It makes my child's books and toys more accessible for him and encourages him to tidy up too! I have only 1 criticism and that is, the white poles used to connect everything, on a few a little bit of paint chipped off on the ends when screwing into place but once it's all together it's not noticeable at all. I am really pleased with it overall, I think it looks lovely and I would recommend.

Easy to put together. But only sent me 8 screws instead of 12, so that’s annoying. It is a nice bookcase, but it is smaller than it looks. It’s quite cheap materials too. But it will do the job

It is not just kiddie style also kiddie size. What was surprisingly good.However after few month of usage my son easily made a whole on the textile what is there to keep the books. Maybe because he likes to pack out then pack back. Maybe the usage it self. But still we have a whole in few month. Still I believe it worth the price.

Bought this 5 months ago, the frame is sturdy but the material to hold the books is almost tissue like it does not take long for book corners to tear the material, it's a shame because its a great book holder, the seller needs to revise the material to something more suitable for books.

Great bookshelf/storage and really easy to assemble. It holds plenty of books and a surprising amount of toys in the little storage boxes. I also love the design :)

I love this little bookcase. Was perfect size for my little boy to access his books. He can take them out and put them away with ease. BUT unfortunately after only 4 months of use the fabric which holds the books in has ripped. Wouldn’t be so bad if I could get a replacement of the fabric, I was happily going to pay for it, but they do not send replacements parts. So not really worth the money as it’ll now have to be completely replaced with a different bookcase.

Using this product for my 1 year old boy books and toys!
