Well built UL listed breaker: just what was needed
This worked great as an equipment standalone breaker. It is great to have the UL listing.Finding DIN rail or surface mount circuit breakers with UL listings is difficult, as many of the low price off shore breakers aren't listed anywhere. So there is really no assurance that they would work when you need them to work, which is rather the point of a circuit breaker, isn't it?My go to source for these breakers!

I needed a circuit breaker for a project, the brand name sold me.
I needed a single phase 220v circuit breaker for a project. There are plenty out here on Amazon... but this is electricity in a building that I don't always occupy. I went with a name I recognized, pure and simple.

Great fit, solid breaker
It's a great fit.Good connectors.A bit on the lage side for a miniature breaker but I like it.Inspire perhaps a bit more confidence over the unknown brand name Chinese breakers.UL Listed... that's important!

Well built breaker!
Will use this in my off grid solar battery project, other than the fact that the first one that was shipped to me was broken I am happy with the breaker's operation. It is solidly built and should last a long time as an extra cutoff point for when I'm doing maintenance on the system.

A compact solution to my emergency-generator-to-house interface needs.
These seemingly well-made Westinghouse mini-breakers provide a compact solution to my need to safely interface a 3.5 kW emergency generator with four electrically-independent switch-plus-GFCI outlets in my basement. I particularly appreciate the dual-connection terminals on each end, which have allowed me to power two current monitors, as well as connect primary 15 amp loads, and still meet code. See the wiring photo. However, upon installing these Westinghouse mini-breakers for the first time on my breaker box’s din rail, I couldn’t help noticing that only three of these breakers will fit, as is apparent in a second photo. (The box manufacturer claims room for four mini-breakers.) The positioning of plastic posts in the box prevents these particular breakers from occupying the extremes of the din rail, as shown in the third photo. No issue for me, given that I only need two breakers. Moreover, I find no fault with Westinghouse in that regard. I fault the manufacturer of the somewhat-cramped LeMotech breaker box (which I’ve reviewed separately on Amazon), so I’ll not deduct a rating star for that reason.I have not tested — and probably cannot accurately test — the C-curve trip points of these UL-rated and CE-rated breakers. Therefore, I cannot comment on their primary functionality. However, if I discover functional problems during use I’ll likely revisit and down-rate this review. For now, however, I can’t justifiably deduct stars.
