Doesn't match picture.
Bought this for MMA. The moulding process actually worked really well! It fits so snug. The only reason I would give it 3 stars is because, on the front lip which I'm guessing is for pulling it out, there is an Optimum logo in white. This isn't in the picture. So it makes you look like you have one tooth... kind of like a baby. I was a bit disappointed with that but it stops my teeth from getting knocked out so I can't complain too much.I got this in black by the way.

Better this way than ordering something too small
I bought these for my 10 and 12 year old boys. They were sligtly too big, but we could modify them with a pair of scissors. Better this way than ordering something too small. Recommended.

Instructions are easy to follow. Does what it says although the fit wasn't quite right for my son so had to get another one.
