I’ve been taking these Omega 3 fish oil capsules daily and I’m pleased with the quality. The 180 capsule pack is good value and lasts a long time, which makes it easy to stay consistent. The soft gels are a comfortable size and easy to swallow, with no strong fishy taste or aftertaste. I also like that the product is UK-made. Overall, a solid, good value supplement that does exactly what I’d expect.

These are incredable value for money, a fraction of Supermarket brands, , and decent quality. Note the generic term "fish oil" in name so this is not pure cod liver oil. I have taken these for a month now and have felt difference. The only bad thing is occassionally the taste will come back up after 1/2 hour or so. Also coming from Amazon these were orered and arrived in the Amazon locker the next day on standard delivery.

Really good omega 3 tabs do what they are supposed do for inflammation and skin looks good. Easy to swallow

Came in a re-sealable packet. For my own preference I transferred them to an airtight container. Great value and look every bit as good as dearer ones. Happy with mine.
