great Produced saved my LV jacket
i got soya sauce all around the jacket before, saw the youtube video and bought this shampoo. its saved my jacket i got rid of all the stains.thats how i did it:1. use a cool fan to make sure all soya sauce are to the freeze point so i can scratch most of them out2. use the shampoo to brush it in small parts( avoid large surface cleaning because it might spread the dirt to the larger surface)3. use the brush and water to clean the area which has shampoo.4. do the same thing again but the whole jacket( you will need to do it, its verytiring and time consuming but this is the only way to make the whole jacket nice and clean)5. this is the last part, people might think im crazy- wash the whole jacket, put it under the shower head make sure everything is washed off( people said avoid water but suede is a high density material but water repelling, to clean the jacket thoroughly its the best bet to make sure its 100% done)6. how to dry it:to dry the jacket first you need some towels to put inside the jacket( because its suede you need something to absorb the water from the inside while you are hang drying it).Change the towel once its wet and do it again. make sure you change the hanging method regularlly to avoid this heavy jacket loses its shape, I personally hanged its arms and the bottom part as well to share the weight. Now you have a brand now jacket you will love it!

Brilliant on Light Soiling
Some washing liquid got spilt on the left toe cap of my suede shoes and I really struggle to remove it.I saw a video on YouTube where a professional cobbler (are shoe repairers still called cobblers?) used this stuff to clean stains from a pair of suede shoes, so I thought I would give it a try. There are no instructions for how much of the product to use, so I just poured about 1/3 of the bottle into a small bowl of water. When applied using the enclosed soft bristled brush it foamed up nicely on the shoes.2 hours after use it is clear the washing liquid stain still remains and the area around it has faded slightly but the rest of the shoe has come up like new.I did brush them with a metal bristled suede shoe brush before applying the cleaner to remove loose dust and dirt and raise the nap of the suede to allow the cleaner to really get deep into the fibres. As the title of my review says, this cleaner works amazingly well on lightly soiled suede but doesn’t remove washing liquid. If anyone has any suggestions as to how I can remove this type of stain I would be very interested to hear it.These shoes, after cleaning may never again be worn as ‘best’ shoes but I would happily wear them in a casual setting.

New life to old items
I've been using it to clean old suede bags I have as well as shoes and coats and it's amazing. A little goes a really long way, it's single to use and its gotten tough stains out. Been using it alongside a suede eraser from Saphire as well and it's brought new life to everything I've cleaned

Great for cleaning oil off Uggs
I managed to drop some sesame oil on my light coloured Uggs and Google told me this was the solution. It was really easy to use, following the instructions and the oil stain is now almost invisible. This didn’t really smell of much and the stain has stayed away.

Bought this product as had excellent reviews and feedback
Bought this product as had excellent reviews and feedback. My favourite most expensive nubuck boots got ruined at Christmas party. Dance floor in a bar spilt drinks etc...not quite sure what the grime was. They were black on the toe tips and top of the foot and looked awful. Almost a bin job.Tried brushing and using the nubuck rubber. Nope didn't work. Last chance. Expensive but worth a shot. Got worse as the liquid turns the leather very dark. Think I used too much product as took ages to rinse off with special brush. Thought I'd ruined them further....they dried...brushed the leather and they are amazing. Next time I will do the whole boot to keep it the same if you look really closely there is a tiny difference in the leather but think it's due to the fact I didn't apply to whole boot. Amazing product that salvaged my boots. Would definitely recommend.

Did not help me clean my suede bag
It looked promising, but despite the product creating a bit of foam when used, and the little brush being a promising tool to try to clean the fabric, the end result was disappointing. I have not found a suede cleaner that would work well yet.

Good product but didn’t remove the dye off suede
I’d say, it’s pretty expensive for what it is! You need to pour the liquid in a little cap (not provided) so the brush provided can be dipped in. The bottle should be simply a spray bottle. I bought this to remove jeans dye that rubbed off on my very expensive suede bag. It didn’t clean it so, wouldn’t suggest this product for such cleaning.

Don’t wait for miracles, buy a full kit of Saphir products
The Saphir Medaille D'Or Omni-Nettoyant Suede Cleaner is one element of the suede products required to care for your suede shoes, I would suggest getting a full kit of brushes and a Suede Eraser. I used a hairdryer after the solution had dried personally BUT (see the product instructions) and use light brushing and the eraser, just brush the suede lightly in different directions. Use a soft brush to brush the suede of any loose dirt before applying any cleaner, and don’t wait for miracles just have patients and a good cleaning process and the suede will make a noticeable improvement.
