This toy is well made. It comes with these cute stuffed animals to put inside the machine, lots of coins, stickers to put on the top, and instruction paper.We bought this for our daughter and son, the stickers would make it look more girly, so we didn’t put them on.It’s nice that this claw machine offers 3 modes on sounds: no sound, lower sound and louder sound, and can be turned off when not playing to save battery. It uses 3 of D size batteries, we happen to have rechargeable ones on hand and I’m glad this machine works with rechargeable batteries.Here I also attached a picture of the bottom of the machine to show the layout of the battery compartment and where coins go. It’s easy to slide the cover to get the coins out then slide back to close.The music duration is long enough to not make us feel rushy, and it plays in a faster speed at the end to let us know when to hurry up. And the claw is strong to keep the thing it catches stay in place when moving to the dropping area so less frustrations for kids.Overall it’s a fun toy for our kids, and even us grownups for family time :)

The media could not be loaded. This was a gift for my son's 5th birthday. Knowing his love for real claw machines which cost a lot, I decided to get this for him so he plays at home and it kind of scratches that itch. He's been playing the whole day, and we are playing with him! I'm glad it came with a set of squishy toys that we are playing with, it didn't have success with candies, I don't know if you have to have special candies or not but the ones we had were not big nor heavy however, it didn't pick those up. It's playing great with its own toys and I believe if we search more, we will definitely find other things to drop there and be able to get out. The quality is great and I'm happy it has the option to turn the sound off. I prefer the sound on tho because when you have less time on the game, the music gets faster letting you know the time is almost over. There is nothing I dislike about this toy, it's real fun and no defects. It's also great for big companies. The kids at our house were suggested to pull out as many candies as they can to take home, unfortunately the candies were not picked up so we ended up giving them in gift bags. :-)

I ordered this for my son's 6th bday. It came and it didn't work. I reached out to the service team and they sent me some tips to try and resolve the issue. Still didn't work. I notified them and they quickly sent ne a replacement. The service was fantastic.The product itself (they working one) is just ok. It's kinda neat and fun for a bit .it came with little stuffed guys and I bought some other little candy and toys to add to it. The music would be great if the volume could be adjusted, it's either loud as can be or off.The controls are easy to use but but they don't always work as they should .the claw is run by a chain so that is also loud and sounds like something is breaking when it's in use. It just it is also smaller then the image on the listing makes it seem.Overall great customer service. But just keep in mind this is more of a novelty type toy , it's neat but could be better

Completely stopped working after 2 weeks

I have purchased 2 of these .1 for my grandson who loved it, he is 10 and then another one for my 3 year old grandson who loved it also , you can put candy or little toys in it, it is fun for all ages .

Kids and adults love the challenge of the classic rip off claw machines in the arcades and kids are so drawn to it and taking your money, of course. I wish this toy was not so chinsy for the price but my 7&5 year olds have mastered it and really enjoy it. I purchased my own small toys and a few pieces of mom approved candy. I almost returned it bc of the cheaply made control knobs but so far it’s held up, not sure how it would be if kids were impatient.

Works well been having it for about 3 months and still works great. I bought a different one and ended up returning it and bought this one instead! I recommend this one. My kids love it

The media could not be loaded. After reading reviews that said the claw wasn’t very strong, I took the plunge and ordered this claw machine. Others in the same category look like they had even less space. Its only 12” high. The pictures of deceiving it’s quite small however, I filled it with the right size trinkets… Maybe even overfilled it a little bit but that’s OK. The grabber works very well. For people that said the sound is so loud, I don’t even understand that it’s not loud it’s a normal volume but you have the option to also use it with no sound which is some thing. Many of the other claw machines do not have. The little girl I bought this for is having a ocean/under the sea themed birthday so I bought little mermaid, sequin keychains, a collection of little girls gemstone rings, a mermaid necklace, earrings, and bracelet set, slinky bracelets, a pink shark tooth necklace and also plastic cut multi colored gemstones. So for anyone buying this as a gift, I encourage you to get creative and try to get a theme going! So much fun!The lid doesn’t come off of it. You put everything in through a small hole in the back which is fine - you can use a screwdriver or a butter knife to kind of prop things where you want them. The claw grabber has no problem picking any of them up. I was worried that it was going to be super weak, but it is literally perfect and not difficult to use at all. They should be a great gift for someone 5 to 7 years old! I was able to find a square gift bag also on Amazon that fits her perfectly!
