Good quality product; awkward shipping incident
The product itself is stellar, and is actually as described. The only issue I ran into was that upon having been delivered to my house the first time, the package I recieved was of a different tea set completely. One that is not even another tea set offered on this product's page, which I thought was very strange. Amazon customer service gave me a UPS code to return it however, and sent a second package my way with the correct tea set for free. It works brilliantly, and keeps the tea surprisingly warm for its small size. The only qualm I have so far is that the brewing pot has to be poured fairly quickly or else the tea will travel down the pot and drip everywhere.
