ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED - Missing the 1.4" Lock Plate
This item does not come with the 1.4" lock plate as pictured. It's just not in the box! Ordered twice (first one came and didn't have it, sent a replacement and it was still not included). Wasted my time!
