The test strips are very useful and a container lasts more than a year
Absolutely vital book. The supplement mentioned in the book is effective, if spendy. I am just using the ingredients, don't ask me how, as it's way beyond an article, but it can be done very cheaply if you find it is worthwhile for you. I use at own risk my own formulation of the same stuff. What it does is nothing short of a miracle if one has low NO. The test strips are very useful and a container lasts more than a year. I've tried arginine of all sorts, with citrulline, etc. At my age, 69, I'm very much in need of more nitric oxide to protect what's left of my arteries. I am also on Caldwell Esselstyn's diet from "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease". Why? I had a bad coronary calcium scan, showing me in the lowest 17 percent of heart health for my age, much to my surprise! I workout with weights, am slim and muscular, no one, especially me, would ever have known. If you have not had this scan (costs about 150 out of pocket, called "coronary calcium scan", takes 5 minutes, no injections, nothing, just hold your breath for a photo, done. 2 days later your doctor will give your results. It must be referred by a physician, but few doctors will prescribe it for you, you must ask. It is FAR more accurate than any risk factor like cholesterol, family history, stress, etc. Get it. Then, if it's bad, get this book and apply it. I think the Esselstyn Diet is much harder to do than this book, but both are needed in my own case. Essetstyn's Diet makes you heart attack proof in 3 weeks' time. But you could still be lethargic and out of sorts. Applying this book boosts nitric oxide which delivers more blood, as well as many other benefits. Also, I take 400 mcg of Vitamin K2 in MK7 form per day without fail to help remove calcium from my arteries, along with an average about 2-5,000 vitamin D3 (live in Seattle!). So,Good Luck, and I hope your results are good, as mine have been so far. The energy boost is fantastic in my case, pains have gone away, etc.

Fascinating supplement, Read about Nitric Oxide & increased vascular health +++
RN here,,,,,very interesting book and I am very impressed by Dr. Nathan S Byran PhD & his YouTube teaching on this very robust & no worry approach to better health, replacing this vital element for those of us over 40. Benefits include ED, brain circulation, heart health, immune health, and much more. To me, this is astunning and not yet well enough known miracle molecule-- even although N1O1 (nitric oxide) won a Nobel Prize in the 1990s. This holds promise for lessening or reversing chronic disease, A bit pricey, but worth it.

Well worth the $ and time to read - may be a life-saver to some
This is easy to read. It provides specific suggestions for foods, supplements, exercise (how long, how hard) to get a significant benefit. Overall the book was extremely helpful, well-written, thoroughly researched. My only complaint is that there was no effort to provide complete citations for the original sources of research to which they refer. They provide enough information that the sources may be found, with some effort, yet the book would benefit from an appendix with references. The authors' website ([...]) does provide many links to original research, yet there is no cross-reference to chapter and verse in the book.

A good read… Was hoping for more…
Informative book with some good tidbits of advise, however, upon further research I wasn't able to find some of the studies that were supposedly conducted mentioned in the book. There also seems to be a lot of mixed information throughout the book and the message is very repetitive. Over all it was a fair read and I got some useful information from it to add to my daily routine, but not sure I'd recommend this book first to my clients.

Wow
I can't remember how long ago it was when we started using NO in my NICU to address pulmonary hyper tension in intubated neonates. It proved to be a lifesaving therapy then and went on to be a staple in the treatment of patients in ICUS throughout the hospital. This book distributes some good info and timely advice for everyone to access and improve their health and lengthen their lifespan. You don't have to be a Healthcare specialist to appreciate and benefit from using this book and it does my heart good to see this made accessible to everyone.

happy reading and learning
Very simply written this booklet is an eye opener about body chemistry, aging and diet. I'd say it should be a MUST READ for anyone concerned with or having any sort of circulatory problems, which we all know can have disastrous results if not paid attention to. So, everyone, happy reading and learning!
