Good but for my needs it requires more voltage
I'm using this with a Micropod II for a Jeep PCM and the standard voltage that the included adapter puts out (11.9V) is not enough to keep the Micropod connected via USB. I got around this by putting my NOCO genius in supply mode and connecting it to the banana plugs to power it, which gives aa steady 13.9V. Micropod II connects fine then and doesn't have constant Windows "connected" sound dropping in and out when using the 12V adapter. Other than that it's working well, recommend it.

Good tool for diagnostic.
This tool showed up packaged well. The instructions were basic but exact. This tool was purchased so that I could bench test a suspect PCM, using this tool and the OEM wiring diagram, I was able to connect the PCM and verify it with a scan tool connected. This makes it quick to determine if the PCM is bad or if there are other issues. I have a dash cluster that I will be testing next. This tool will also be used to benctop program in the near future.

Can we get a manual that explains it better
This breakout box has way more bells and whistles that other boxes have. The only problem is the manual goes into very little detail on how to use the AC power adapter with it. For example they show you another car battery hooked up to unit for changing the car battery. Canβt we use the power adaptor for that? So I have to take one star away for the manual. Other than the gripe about the manual the unit seems solidly built and it comes with some useful test probes.
