how much does it hold I can't find the size of the drink container Thanks

Hi it holds about the same as a general large drinks bottle 750ml

How easy is it to drink from the straw? does it have a non-return valve fitted. worried how much air i have to suck before i get a drink. thanks.

If you're buying this for a triathlon or cycle race, get it! I did an ironman with one of these and have not taken it off my bike since. Its very easy to drink from it as its twice as wide as a normal straw (maybe 3 times wider) The straw plastic is quite thick so it stands up all the time (I was worried it would flail about) Really the only modification I made was cutting one end at 45 degrees otherwise it sits flat at the bottom of the bottle restricting the waters from being sucked up through the straw. That being said, you can adjust the height of the straw as the bit where the straw goes in the bottle is ever so slightly smaller and holds the straw in place.

Does this come with a bridge to hold the top part of the mount together? I broke my mount today and have lost the bridge…
