Great - when it works
The plug overheats and literally melts and has burned me. At first, I thought it was a fluke but I’ve purchased several and no matter which vehicle I’ve used it in, the same thing happens. If it would not melt and burn me, it would be great.

Don't buy. Trash
I've used roadpro for a long time and recently had to replace one with this one. This one is the worst one I've had by far. Had it for a mont maybe and it doesn't even work anymore. The plug is falling apart and the cap that goes on the end of the plug and never screwed on properly from the start. Absolutely junk. Please send me a new one roadpro. Also, the gasket comes out every 30 seconds so they should fix that too. Also the latch is or quality.

This product is unsafe will cause a fire
This is my second time ordering within two weeks the first time the seal popped off and stopped working. This time the charger piece is melting. Good product but need an upgrade. This product will cause a fire.
