I've had carry belts that barely fit through a belt loop and you had to fight with it to get it through all of the belt loops on your pants - NOT this one, it easily slides through the belt loops. The belt and buckle are quality. The webbing on the belt is THICK. 2 PLY DOUBLE WEBBING 1.75 inch belt. I use the wolf every day for my duty pants. My pants hold up 20 lbs of gear. As long as you can fix the velcro, the belt will last a lifetime. I would buy 2 just in case they go belly up. I just purchased my 3rd. **Q: I wear a size 36 pants which one would be best?** A: Go to the next size up. That way you have room for in the waist band carry. They do run small but are a great belt. It just depends on how you carry. I have a 38” waist and bought an extra large for in the waist band carry and it’s fine.
