I had to use them for my toe for a long time and they worked for me but they had to be covered by a sock as I found that uncovered the corners did tend to catch and start rolling up peeling away quite quickly. But as they aren’t cushioned, I’m not sure how helpful they’ll be in protecting your heels from blisters etc if that’s your concern.
