I bought the adapter to use with my new Casio SA-46 mini keyboard. I was pleasantly surprised by the length of the cord as it is quite substantial. This means that you have more flexibility about where to use your keyboard when wall sockets are difficult to reach. I hope my brief feedback helps you in deciding whether this adapter is suitable to your needs.

Well I brought it mainly for my main Casio Keyboard due to I had misplaced the supplied power adapter when rearranging the room.I did double check the supply voltage, current and the polarity of the DC Jack and although it did match the keyboard it was brought for I didn't check if it would work on my other ones, sadly this power adapter will NOT work on all Casio Keyboards, so always double check the power requirements (Voltage, Current and Polarity of the DC Jack), but the keyboard it was brought for it works perfect on.

I was surprised to discover that Casio don't always use the same polarity for their power supplies. I got it wrong, and had to return this one. There was no problem, and the correct one was then supplied, but I could have saved everyone some hassle.That said, this is a really well made PSU at a good price. I thoroughly recommend it.

I bought this product and delivery was quite fast. The nice long wire gives the leisure to use keyboard easily. I mean, do not need to use extension, can easily be used even in middle of the room. It works very well for the key board. I feel satisfied.

There are a couple of products being sold as suitable for the Casio CTK-240 keyboard, but having checked the electrical ratings and the product manual, this AC adapter would appear to be the correct one. My daughter has been using this with her keyboard for a couple of weeks now and it has been fine. The cable length is more than ample and the adapter unit does not get too hot when in use.

I actually bought this to power a digital picture frame for which the original adapter had broken, not to use with a Casio keyboard. Whilst the adapter does provide the correct voltage and power output to the digital picture frame, the screen flickers slightly, telling me that the supply is not as stable as the supply from the frame's original adapter. I added a ferrite core to the cable to see if it would help, but it didn't. Anyway, as it is an original Casio adapter it would do the job for a Casio keyboard, but for my purposes it is not a 5-star adapter.
