Can I just use this weekly rather than doing it every couple of days, Just to see me through winter?

Use it as you feel best I did it every three days until I got to the tone I wanted and then just topped up weekly, really good product

Do I need gloves to apply this? Or can I use bare hands?

You can use with bare hands but i use a tanning mit to apply as it gives a more even coverage and it takes a lot less time aswell

No you will need to add a sunscreen lotion too if you are looking to use in the sun. This is a gradual self tan - NO SUN needed

I have medium tanned body from using sun beds but would like to use this and cut back on the beds , will this make me darker

Hi - this is like a cream so it may be darker initially but as you wash etc, it will start to become lighter. I hope this helps.
