Product doesn't work!
Performance on this product is terrible. You will experience frequent freezing and power charging issues. I experienced this after only 3 days of purchasing. I've had to restart it multiple times (by holding down the power button for 5 seconds ) to get it to work. I'm so disappointed. My daughter was excited about finally having a tablet but now I must return it after only three days of purchasing.

ONLY GIVING SO THIS IS VIEWED This item broke literally the day we unboxed it . My daughter dropped it trying to open it and it fell off the counter and broke. The item does not charge and loads very slow . The apps make it go even slower . The sound is great loud . Not worth the money they should be less expensive how quickly they break.

Got it for my three year old grandbaby to look at things but it has a glitch and it’s not working properly. Do I have a warranty on it to return it and get another one.

Advertised support is not there.
I bought this tablet to replace a much older one that could no longer run many of my apps. The price was good. Jren has been making photo frames for years and said they wanted to break into the tablet market. Over all the tablet is nice. The two main issues are support and a weak operating system. There are fewer settings than most tablets. The whole OS seems like a scaled down version with no tools to help.The first problem I had is the touch sensitivity at the edges. The screen has objects right to the edges. The problem is that much of the navigation is very small and set right at the edge. I usually have to hit the button very many times before it works.The bigger problem is that the time zone cannot be changed from China. I spent over a month now trying to get tech support to understand that none of their procedures or options work. The time zone will not sync to the network and there is no enter button to manually set it. It takes a week for tech support to reply and they keep repeating what is in the manual, which doesn't work.The time zone may not seem like a big issue, but setting appointments and reminders on email calendars records the time 12 hours off. Some of my apps will not work in China and use the time zone to verify, so I can't use them.If you want a tablet for the kids, the price is right. If you want a tablet for social and productive tasks, this isn't it.Revised to 3 stars. The tablet isn't bad, the support is. The tablet is just mediocre.
