Not sure it could accommodate behind the ear aids. Whatever could be improved: - The compartment for accessories could be bigger. - The overall size of the case could be smaller. Would be nice to have an option of case sizes. Don’t mind the fact that I have it a 4 star review. I only deducted a star because it isn’t perfect for my particular use. It is a high quality and adequate case.
