I was very impressed with the packaging and the quality of these hearing aids. This is for my uncle. There is a low battery battery warning indicator so you won't be caught off guard mid conversation. It comes with picture instructions on how to install the hearing aid. It comes with many different size ear plugs for a comfortable fit. The hearing aids are placed in the charging box to charge. There's an indicator light to tell you when the hearing aid is fully charged. There is also information on care and cleaning. It’s easy to use. My uncle loves it.

These are perfect for people who have slight hearing loss or impairment. They literally do amplify sounds without a lot of background noise. The technology is amazing - amply sound but noise cancels "noise". They're very small and quite comfortable to wear. There are 3 programs to select from with 8 volume levels. They're very user-friendly; simple to operate. I love not having to worry about changing batteries; charge them up in the case and get TONS of useful time. Absolutely recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  I am able to pick up on more of the discussions going on around me, but they are not amplified to an unnatural degree. I like earbuds that have holes in them because my voice comes out clearer and more authentic when I use them. During a staff meeting, I was able to hear what was being said! I can't wait to see how well they do in a school setting. The ear has not been an issue for me despite the fact that I wear both glasses and sunglasses. The alternative with the lower cost produced satisfactory results. A cable and a charger are included in the package. The user manual is clear and concise, and the low battery indication is there.
