Saved both mine and my wifes sleep life
Literally changed my sleep life. Don't snore anymore after getting the adjustments right. Discomfort in teeth for first week and a bit (like the instructions warn you) but now never any pains at all.I was a horrific snorer and I mean I have tried EVERYTHING, nasal dialators, pillows, weighted blankets, mouth tape, nose tape, sprays - including cheaper versions of this product. This is the one and only thing that's ever worked. I actually sleep now, my wife sleeps now, the fitting process was pretty clear in the instructions, once moulded you just put it in and done and get used to it.Size seems kind of medium. Cheaper ones for me were always tiny for some reason. So if you have a tiny mouth then potentially cheaper ones may suit, but this is the only out of 6 mouth guard style snoring 'fixers' that has fit me properly.Has literally saved my sleep life.

Not one size fits all
I understand the logic behind this device, unfortunately it has some design faults. Although you put the device into hot water to be able to mould it to your teeth, the shape and size isn't suitable for everyone. After moulding it as the instructions stated, I noticed that it still didn't fit tightly and the top part would drop. I had discomfort in my jaw joint on one side and felt there was no room for my tongue. I couldn't manage more than 5 minutes with it in.The company/seller were very helpful though and offered me a full refund under the 30 day guarantee. So a 5* rating for them.

Follow the instructions before using.
It works! simple as that.Yes, it takes some getting used to and felt a bit alien to begin with but it stops the snoring. It lasts about a month.I'm on my third one and yes its a pricey but in my view it's worth it.Caused a bit of aching on one side of my jaw but that no longer happens now.I found that to obtain the correct fit and comfort I needed to take the time and mould the plastic to my teeth following the instructions to immerse it in a mixture of hot & cold water before using. This moulding can be done up to three times.I would recommend trying and persevering as this does the trick.

No snoring.
A little uncomfortable at first, but once fitted properly, works briliantly. Takes a few nights to get the screws in the right position, but my partner no longer needs her earplugs and I sleep far better.

Worst one I’ve had
This will teach me not to read reviews, I’ve wasted £35 on something that just doesn’t work.I’ve tried several variations of sleep aids and this one comes to the top of the list for not working.I like the design as I sleep with my mouth open so it was meant to be the ideal solution to my snoring but after 2 nights of adjustment my partner has just got up and gone and slept with the child.I followed the directions and got the perfect fit so I thought this is a good start but that’s as far as it has gone, it hasn’t helped at all with my snoring and I feel I would have been better off with duck tape over my mouth as it would probably be more effective then this very expensive mouth guard. My partner is very angry with me for spending so much on it as well as me still not being able to sleep in our bed together so not happy.

Good quality, works for me but one critical flaw in construction!
Okay, in an attempt at an honest & fair review I think it's important to say straight off the bat; this product works for me 100%. I found it to be extremely effective in putting a stop to my snoring. Obviously the usefulness will vary person to person and depending on the main cause of your snoring but it worked for me, perfectly. The instruction booklet helpfully highlights that it will take some getting used to, some discomfort with jaw or teeth might occur, you might produce a lot of saliva initially etc. and I found these to be true although I feel they forgot to mention what is, for me anyway, the main issue which is stopping me from further use.The shape of the device is very square and unyielding around the edges and so it can feel quite sharp on the tongue, especially towards the back where you have less room. Any good boil & bite gum shield will be rounded off by the moulding process but there is a hard surface to the Snoreeze that keeps it shape and I found it irritating as I swallowed excess saliva during the night. This last few mornings I've awoken to find I have spat the thing out in my sleep such is the irritation. Now, this could be down to being a bad fit for me personally, however I've used many boil & bite gum shields over the years so I'm pretty confident I have the Snoreeze fitting as well as it could, the unyielding shell not withstanding. On a positive note though, the fact that it opens up allows you to breathe somewhat normally so I WOULD recommend this product on that basis with the stipulation that you might find the square edges irritating.

Terrible fitting, poorly made
The packaging and instructions of the product are good, so I was hopeful that this product was going to be one that finally worked. At the price, I thought at least the product would be decent, but sadly I was wrong. The moulding process is fairly easy, if anyone has been to a dentist at some point in their life, you would have done the same process before, as I had. At first attempt, the guard was fitting pretty neatly in my mouth, so I decided to test out the so-called adjustability. I adjust by a few turns, put the guard back in my mouth and it springs right out of my mouth! It will not stay in until i adjust it all the way back to zero, which of course defeats the purpose of the product. I then tried re-moulding incase I'd not bitten hard enough but just as before, it was comfortable in the default setting and then as soon as I adjust it, it jumps out of my mouth. Really disappointing and I didn't even get to test if it actually prevents snoring because it didn't even let me get that far. Complete waste of money.
