Really good
This really does the trick. I hate drinking the powdered psylium, that you have to gulp down as you stir because it coagulates instantly. Makes me want to gag. The capsules are a fuss free way to get the same result.I got these after giving birth to help with pain and discomfort of hemorroids. They worked really well. I took them twice a day and never had to think about constipation and discomfort again.

Good product if you need it
I have ordered the powder in the past so this time decided to try capsules instead. Cannot say whether it makes a difference but have been told to up my fibre intake due to health issues and do not want to take the fibre sachet item from chemist recommended by my doc which contains aspertame. So this seemed a good and healthier alternative. Told GP I am taking this and seemed that was okay.

Great product
These are the best psyllium I've had. It's a product I use regularly, so over the years I've tried many. These are easy to swallow and more important they do the job.
