Been using this just over 3 weeks now and after a few days noticed a difference. My pelvic floor has went from strength to strength. I can sneeze, cough , laugh without any problems. I feel lifted and have lost that heavy feeling. It works wonders in the bedroom department too. There's a lot more feeling during love making and sure has highened orgasms . A must buy for any woman as we all need to take care of those muscles. Easy to use, discreet though would be better if it was wireless . Started off at 45 three weeks ago and am now at 90. 30 mins a day for me is all I can find time to use it. If you use it too high or for too long you will suffer cramps the next day like period pain do it's not worth it. Start of slow and build it up, what's the rush as ever time you use it you feel a difference. My favourite setting is stress as I feel it pull me in and lift my muscles. Sometimes I use mixed as well. No need to use tone until you are happy with your pelvic floor and as I said I have been using it over 3 weeks and have a long way to go. I can't wait to see how I feel in 12 weeks so will report back then.

Lie down or sit. Try to use this everyday or 4 days a week. I stopped using it for a while and now picked up again for daily use. I incorporate breathing and mindfulness. Great product. Read instructions before use. And take time to use it everyday. Made a great difference to my life. Now feel confident when I am out not to have to find toilets all the time! As a mother of 4 I never thought I would get the time back but 2 months in the improvement is wonderful!

I have it highest setting and still cant feel it i got this afrer losing a different 1 and nowhere near as good and made no difference to me i tried

I bought this in February, I've been using it every day for 20 minutes for the last six weeks and have noticed a massive improvement. I can now laugh, run etc without any embarrassing moments. I've only used the stress setting so far as I find this a more powerful exercise for me. Initially I started off on 40/45 but now up to 90. For anyone out there thinking about a PFT I really can't stress enough how well this works. Give it a try and I doubt you'll be disappointed.

The product stopped working after using it three times. It did not operate as mentioned in the accompanying notes, the signal was very weak.

This is a great price. It comes in a lovely cosmetic bag. There different settings easy to use and no discomfort.

The product it’s self is great, I just found the instructions a bit challenging. Once I figured out how to use it correctly I began to get Results. I’ve only used it 4 times and I find I have better bladder control.
