Very fast results and easy instructions!

I can't say enough good things about this test. Gave me great insight into my food sensitivities, answered a lot of questions I had about inflammation. The test from the day I mailed my hair sample until the results was only 5 days. Since then the company has answered all of my questions via Chat and SMS. Lots of surprises about foods that I thought were good for me but turned out to be strong inflammatory. e.g. berries, almond flour, oats,

This tests does not seems to work very well or they still does not have enough data to make an accurate output. The output of test is incoherent, i.e. in my results whole milk shows as a low sensitivity and then casein (milk protein) shows as a medium sensitivity food. I haven’t seen or consumed in my 40 years of life at least the 50% of the list shown in the results. I don’t recommend this test and the metrology used

This was recommended by my doctor. Very comprehensive reports. You are able to know which foods are safe, which ones to be cautious about, and which ones will most likely to cause inflammation. You are assigned a personal customer support contact who will promptly answer any questions you may have. The down side is that your next steps are to consider purchasing supplements that are rather expensive. You are advised to consult your doctor before making any decisions.

I honestly went into this kit with a little bit of doubt, but it ended up being way more thurough than I expected. The test itself was easy enough to do, and the instrucitons were written clear so I didn’t feel lost. I liked that it covered such a wide range of foods, even ones I never would’ve thought to check for sensitivities. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I felt like the results gave me some real insight into what might be triggering my issues. Priceing wise, yeah it’s not the cheapest thing out there, but compared to constantly guessing at foods or cutting out stuff for no reason, it’s worth it. The report broke things down in a way that was easy to understand, not just a bunch of confusing numbers. Overall, I walked away actually impressed and glad I tried it out. Turn around was super fast too.
