Sent it back was too long for the exercise I need to do
Great roller, but I needed a shorter one. Didn't really consider that I wouldn't have a wall space without a radiator or table etc in the way to actually do the Physio exercise I need to do. The roller itself was a good quality. I only need to roll it up and down my leg against the wall.Happy to recommend, just bear in mind the size you need, if you ahve a specific exercis and your space in the house.

Maximo Fitness Foam Roller
I purchased the lilac/purple print foam roller and found it is not too hard as some foam rollers are and the shorter length is perfect for thighs and calf massage.

Good quality but a few issues
Good quality, well packaged etc. Only points I would make are 1) it is shorter than expected. Totally my fault because the dimensions are clearly advertised but I was expecting it to be about the width of a yoga mate, however its quite a lot shorter so if you have broad shoulders or a wide back you might find it doesn't quite cover the whole width. Not an issue really for me but I do find if it is at even a slight angle then as I roll, my back comes off it at one side because the roll is so narrow. 2) the roll must be constructed in 2 semi circles that are joined together or some other similar method because something you can't see (there are no seams) but you CAN feel when you roll is there are 2 spots, 180 degrees apart which are really really stiff and you only know this when you start rolling and get a quite a painful stiff bit at a certain point. At first I just thought I had found a knot, and worked on it for ages however after using the roll regularly for days I realised I had exactly the same knot every day that just moved up or down my back. On inspecting the roll and squeezing it I found these 2 ridges or stiff bits which I must admit, I did think might be put there on purpose to give you a bit of pain, and make you think you are easing out knots, whereas in actually fact the pain is due to the roll and not your muscles. Now I am used to it I am not too bothered and now I know they are they I can use the stiff ridges to target particular areas so maybe they are meant to be there, and thats what it's for!Overall it's cheap, and it does the job.

Basic, but does the job
Got the 15 x 45cm one. Basic soft(ish) foam roller (kind of like a thicker pool noodle), no ridges like some others, so unlikely to get bruises by over rolling.Good for massaging sore parts of my body or as a warm up before exercise. Also came with a sheet that had a list of exercises to do with the roller, which is a nice bonus.
