It’s adjustable for handle bar height, and has an anti slip coating on the flatbed. The wheels seem to be the premium inline skate wheels and spins freely. The scooter has a rear operated brake and works by steeping on it. This scooter doesn’t come with any shoulder carrying straps that you might find on other models, but it’s not really needed since it’s light and manoeuvrable, and most of the time my son is using it zooming up and down. My son is slightly above average height, and he has the handlebars about one-third extended, so it still has room to extend to fit him for a good many years to come. I have a four year old who can also use this scooter if the handlebar height is fully lowered. The scooter feels robust and looks well made. It's light to carry. The folding mechanism works well, though it took a few goes to master. I particularly like the quick release clamp for adjusting the handlebar height, which means I can easily adjust the height without needing a spanner - I wish my sons' bikes had this.
