This is a good book to get started. It briefly talks about lots of different techniques and mothods which can then later be researched in more detail. I came across several usef things in it. Excellent beginners book but the more experienced decorator could probably give a miss. I'm still learning so enjoyed reading.

I’ve been looking for a book like this to do cake decorating. It has new techniques that I had never learned. I am very excited to learn what is in this book. I want to thank whoever got this book to me because the first one did not arrive. I am so happy to have received this. You have no idea I am handicap and then if Wheel Chair and I am looking forward to cake decorating. Thank you once again.
