We haven't had any issues with this leash after a few good months of use. We have dropped it numerous time and our dog tends to pull ahead on the leash and it still works great. It isn't extremely reflective, so if you are concerned with being visible I would suggest getting a vest for yourself or your pet, but this has been a great leash for us!

Great for the price. Sturdy in your hand. However, if the lead is twisted it will not roll up. Most retractable leashes will fix themselves. You get what you pay for on this one. Serves our purchase for our 4lb Chi to be able to run around more when we are at the park.

The button that retracts the leash is my only complaint. Can't use with a single push....takes 2 motions to stop the leash. Not great for an active dog like mine, but the design makes it easy to carry. Also light weight.

Seller did great. The product is okay. Had less then two weeks and it will no longer retract without help... a lot of help. This is used on a 6 lb dog as a daily leash. Dog walks well and does not pull hard on the leash.

works good. but when you push button it locks and you have to push button again to unlock, instead of just holding down the button

Love the length. But the metal on the clip had an overhanging extra piece that I had to file off after it sliced through my finger like a razor blade.Plus, it gets jammed sometime and to get it to retract I have tug on it, then click the lock mechanism on and off again.

this item should not be sold be amazon---the retraction power is gone after only a couple of weeks--made a mistake ordering this
