Clearly a very good quality PSU. Used to replace a failing Dell PSU and it's certainly doing the job. The cables are of generous length, the connectors are very good quality and it's quiet in operation. Nothing not to like. The documentation/manual isn't what I would call comprehensive but it's adequate and to be honest, I only looked at it after I had already installed the thing as it's pretty obvious what goes where. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

I was tempted to cheap out on the PSU as it's not exactly a sexy item on my parts list and is more of an afterthought. Considering the cost of the rest of my PC, cheaping out on the PSU likely would have been a serious mistake. The 550W power output is just fine for me - I am not going to SLI graphics cards as I believe spending £450 on one is more than enough. It runs everything I have with no problems. (Installation was easy and you are supplied with more cables than most people will ever need). Performance wise there is not much more to say. It does what it's supposed to do.I was very impressed by the way the PSU looks and feels. It oozes quality and looks the business! The packaging itself is excellent. The EVGA branding folk are really on point as I don't know how exciting a PSU is supposed to be but it sure was a pleasure opening up such a cool package!EVGA PSUs are always steep to buy. However if you have an expensive PC to look after this is an investment that you should not overlook.

Absolutely amazing power supply. Coming from a CX750M (due to the immense amount of coil whine), the difference was immediately noticeable. Zero coil whine, ECO mode making it even quieter.The cables that come with it are amazingly well done, with each wire in black and all are wrapped in a mesh coating. No more ketchup and mustard!Also included are some velcro zip-ties which are a HUGE plus on EVGA's part.The 80+ Gold rating is a bonus as well and should definitely result in a decrease in my electricity bill ;)10/10. I would definitely recommend this PSU to anyone!

A great power supply that gives great flexibility due to its fully modular setup. It comes with all the cables you need and does a great job in any self build you may do. Its not the 'highest powered' power supply @ 550W but the EVGA SuperNova is a quality product and EVGA is my 'go-to' brand when it comes to power supply units.

Such great performance!! This super high quality Tier 1 PSU, is so worth the money.Makes your rig look Epic with its glistening braided cables that are suprisingly very flexible and provides alot of grip for the velcro/felt cable ties which help keep things looking awesome.I can now safely overclock my 970 well beyond the measly 20mhz I could only do before.I love the eco mode too, completely quiet at low loads, provides much more stable power than the 20a 12v CM Rs500 I had which was clearly failing and couldn't handle gaming loads anymore.10000% Recommend this beast, you won't find better for price and outright ultra quality down to the smallest part of this product! Kinda wish I could have got the 650w but this product literally flies off the shelves granted nothing can touch Superflowrr or Seasonic OEM's that make this (G2) and the GS respectively :)BUY IT WHEN YOU CAN GET IT AT £70-£80 normally RRP's for way more and is rare!

One thing which I will always tell people when building a PC is don't go cheap on the PSU, and if you're a neat freak go modular. Here we have the best of both worlds, while there are more expensive PSU's this one sits nicely at the high end but not to expensive high end.It's extremely quiet and made to a very high quality standard, you can see this when you first open the box.The fact that its modular allows for easy cable management. In my package EVGA also provided a bag to keep all the spare wires in which is a plus encase I ever need to add something to my setup. Overall its a fantastic product that I believe stands tall to the testament you really do pay for what you get.

A very good power supply and is very quiet. I must of just been really unlucky with the one I received as it had a problem, but after contacting EVGA who were really helpful, they replace it with a 650W version. After having this new power supply for a while I can say that these are great power supplies.
