I recently purchased the DEKCO Camera, and I'm impressed with its user-friendly installation process and solid build quality. The picture quality is excellent, making it a reliable choice for monitoring. Despite an initial malfunction, the DEKCO team promptly and efficiently resolved the issue, demonstrating exceptional customer support. I appreciate their attentive approach and quick replacement shipment. The added feature of linking the camera to my phone enhances convenience, allowing for easy monitoring. The built-in speaker is a handy addition, facilitating communication with visitors when I'm away. They are great little cameras if you are on a budget. Picture quality clear and ease of set up is a real bonus.Fantastic customer service, had an issue and it was sorted in a couple of days.

I bought another brand of Outdoor Security camera when my outdoor one I have had for about 3 yeras fell apart , but that new one I just couldn't get it to join my Wi-fi.I then bought this one on the strength of other reviews, but still I had issues connecting to my Wi-Fi (Via a BT hub). After of lots of changing settings and resetting the router and going through the joining process about 20 times I eventually got it setup and its now working. I find the old fashioned way of configuring cameras was much better where you connected to the devices internal webpage and made the settings there. I don't like the fact that the lead is one piece with a usb connector on the end as any hole you need to drill needs to be massive , for a cable that is maybe 3 or 4mm thick. Cable doesn't seem like outdoor cable either.The picture is clear and good and the app is ok (different from my previous cameras). The PTZ function works. Lets see how it fairs long term and I will update my review accordingly then as I have only had it a very short while.

The media could not be loaded.  I've got 4 of these .. the picture quality is very good, it's got pan and tilt and zoom, and a very good free app. Just add an SD card and you've got a fully functioning safety system. The attached video shows the aviary, the plus is a very clear image, the not so good is the refresh rate, it sometimes freezes, but I can live with that. One of them is at the front door, set up with a zone alarm, and again the free app sends notifications. Too many options within the camera to go through it all. The only negatives I can find is that sometimes the camera moves on it's own and that it has to be plugged in. 💯% recommend it !! Please be aware to get the 5MP one and not the 2K, there is a clear difference in image quality.

Cuando llueve detecta personas hay que bajar la sensibilidad pero en general es una buena cámara de exterior.

Habe diese Kamera seit 11 Monaten in Betrieb, funktionierte bis dahin einwandfrei, tolles Bild , einfache Bedienung.Leider hat sich ein kleines Problem in der horizontalen Bewegung der Kamera ergeben. Eine Bewegungsverfolgung war nicht mehr möglich, die Kamera war aber sonst voll funktionsfähig und hat den zu sichtenden Raum observiert.Der Support hat mir dann auch sofort zur Verfügung gestanden und alles versucht das Problem zu lösen was schlussendlich zum anstandslosen Austausch führte.Hätte ich nie gedacht das das gemacht wurde mir einem Support in China. Top, gerne wieder , hab gleich noch eine Kamera bestellt.

Nous avons acheté cette caméra afin de surveiller notre chiot pendant notre absence. Notre sommes vraiment très satisfaits. Il y a une très bonne qualité d'image, la caméra suit les mouvements du chien donc nous l'avons toujours en vue. Le son est très bon aussi, et nous pouvons lui parler depuis notre téléphone. Je recommande sans hésiter cette caméra.

La qualité de la caméra ainsi que la qualité de vidéo suffise à voir les visage sauf de trop loin pas toujours évident et en cas de pluie pas toujours net.
