This modem is great! We have high speed Xfinity wifi with 500 mbps and paired it with a ASUS router and it works like a charm. Our internet speed is fast, accessible, and can handle several devices at a time. It was also super simple to set up on our own. With its small size, it is easy to store in a small location. The quality is AMAZING for the price.

This item is as described and works well. Installation was under 10 minutes and that's including the call to Time Warner Cable/Spectrum. I disconnected the network cable from my old modem to wireless router and put it in the new modem. I screwed the cable coax into modem. I plugged it in. Then I called Spectrum. After a few voice prompts I got to a technician who knew exactly what to do. I read off the MAC address and was put on hold for two minutes. When he came back on he had me restart the modem and router. Then everything worked. I went to speed test.net and am downloading at 38kbps. Pretty good when I pay for 30. It doesn't take a genius to install this. I paid $25.00 for modem and am saving $10.00 a month on lease. So in two and a half months I'll be saving money. For what my opinion is worth I would definitely recommend this product.

Five minutes to setup and had internet after rebooting. Works like a champ and much better than the high end modem, that I paid 4x as much, that was unstable and would get hung up and auto re-booted multiple times per day. Unless your internet subscription is more than 1gbps, just get this and don’t worry about it working. Cheapest and best cable modem I’ve owned
