This trick relies on being able to slide the box drawer out without much obvious effort, thereby keeping the secret from being very easy to spot. I've managed to get the drawer out a couple of times but could never perform this as a trick. It would be ludicrous watching me huff and puff, with my fingers going white from the amount of pressure needed to make it work. Would be impossible for a child or someone who doesn't have a very strong grip to use this item. I can't get it to work every time I try anyway.I was going to return this but the cost (£2.75 via Hermes - the only option) and the hassle involved meant it wasn't really worth the bother for what would've resulted in a two quid refund so I binned it.

My granddaughter opened it in 10 seconds without me showing her, and was able to repeat. So not great!

Bought as a Christmas gift to gift money. There is a handy slot to put notes into we fit 50 pounds into it. It also comes with instructions but I took those out before gifting it. It certainly made Christmas more entertaining and his present opening lasted longer than usual.
