This was a very uplifting book. Lots of quilting information that I didn't understand but it did not take away the enjoyment of reading the book. It's about restoring a grand home and the relationships left by the wayside. About finding your joy in life through your work or your hobbies. Looking forward to book two.

Wonderful book so well written and a read all quilters should read. Touched me very much. My grandma taught me to quilt and I'm now 77years old and still love patchwork and quilting. Thank you. 😁

Bien sûr, il faut savoir lire l'anglais mais le niveau n'est pas trop difficile. Il y a peu de descriptions et on arrive vite à l'histoire. Je suis passionnée de patchwork et adore les retrouvailles de filles. Cette série me permet de me mettre dans cette ambiance. Voici le 1er tome. Les autres peuvent se lire de façon indépendante.
