Don’t buy if you like to chat or text in the gym. I use it after work and before judo to set me up to fight level.Side affects:You will feel a tingling over the body but predominantly over the head. This is most likely due to vitamin B12 Niacin which has a side affect of opening the corpuscles and flushing the skin with blood so you may go a bit pink. Very useful for getting max oxygen to the muscles but will starve organs so don’t use if you have low blood pressure.Avoid if you have any heart or anxiety issues.NOTE: this has SUCRALOSE in it which is basically the same as aspartame and comes with a health warning in the USA as it has been proven to increase the chance of cancer.Take at your own risk, however, it does give you a huge rush.
