The media could not be loaded.  I love this, I've wanted one of these for ages to keep an eye on my animals when I'm not at the field. I was surprised to see this camera at this price, the ones I have looked at before were around £300 pounds, so this camera is a bargain! It is well worth the money!I opted for my own giffgaff sim as it was cheaper, setting this up was easy, I just activated the sim via my computer, chose the plan I wanted, then when I tried to set it up with the camera it didn't recognise the APK details, so I had to do a quick search in the help options for giffgaff and found them, them it worked.SD is ok, the HD is great, It doesn't use as much data as I thought, I think it only uses the data when it captures something or you look at it.I don't have the strongest signal at the field, around 2 bars of 4G, so moving the camera from side to side is a bit glitchy for me. But I love how I can hear the animals and talk to them via the camera, I think it won't be long until they are really fed up with me calling them over :-)I think I may get another of these, maybe 2, depending on how the data works out over time. These really are a bargain for how good they are, I am really happy with it.There is also a function to be able to record what you are seeing straight to your phone which is a great feature, you can download the videos from the cloud too.Night vision is great! If you use the flood lights for colour at night it can drain the battery quicker, but the IR works a treat.The battery seems great so far, it recharges quickly too, even on a dull day.I would have liked a much smaller cable from the camera to the solar panel, it's a couple of meters long and in my case, it doesn't need to be that long.It came with tweezers which is really handy, since getting the sim cards in and out is a bit fiddly!It zooms really well, it can go right in on the zoom, a great feature! The zoom works much better in HD than SD though, although that could be because I don't get a great signal at the field, there is a lot of difference between SD and HD. The app can be set to HD so it stays on.Update - I've had this camera a week or so now, I had to get in contact with their help guy and he has been wonderful. He seems to be around in the mornings, UK time, he has managed to answer any number of my dim questions. I couldn't get my cloud storage working at first, but with help from Jason in the help department, it's all running smoothly now.All in all, a great bargain, I'm really happy with it. I'm likely to get a couple more of these cameras so I can see my animals from all angles!

The media could not be loaded.  We found this is a good and easy camera to use, solid and well made, with a good quality picture. The movement of the camera is fast, with minimal delay, and the audio is clear enough to hear people well (depending on your phone), and you can reply to them clearly.The app and camera working together can be set up to send a message to your phone when the camera picks up movement. This works well, with the app pinging whenever someone goes nearby. It can also be set to sound an alarm on the camera and to flash the camera’s lights when an intruder is detected. If you have cats or dogs you may need to turn down the sensitivity of this setting, otherwise they could set it off, but the camera’s software seems to be good at detecting if it is an animal, trying not to give a false alarm.Night mode works well - the camera has the standard invisible to the eye Infra Red lights, but this one also has a visible light that can be turned on from the app, to light the area to see intruders in full colour, or just to help visitors see.The solar panel works well, and charges the internal batteries fast, even on a cloudy British day! A full charge of the batteries lasts well over two days, depending on how much use the camera movement gets.The solar panel obviously needs to face south or as near south as possible, and occasionally needs a wipe over, as we found it charges slower as it gets dirty.As the connector between the camera and solar panel is a standard USB C connector, if the solar panel needs to be further from the camera than the included two metre cable, an extension can be bought cheaply. Also the camera can be charged from a standard USB C phone charger if necessary.One thing not stated in the advert - this is a standalone camera. It can’t connect to other Hiseeu camera systems, and can’t connect to wifi. It’s 4G only, and with the SIM card included I think it uses the Three, Vodafone or O2 networks in the U.K. but I am not sure how it chooses, presumably on signal strength. I also think this could be changed to another provider’s SIM card.Working out which way round to insert the SIM card is not obvious, because it’s not displayed on a drawing or in the manual, and you have to use something to push the SIM card well down into its socket. I assume that’s why there is a pair of tweezers in the box. I found it much easier to set up the camera on a table first, and last of all to fix it outside up high.Using the app in the HD camera mode (rather than SD) uses more data, but is very clear. With the optional internal SD card you can record in good quality HD. The camera can also send video and audio to the cloud, so it is recorded off site if this is an issue with you.The light flashes red as the camera is starting, blue/red slow when it’s started but can’t get a network.When the sim card is inserted and the camera is restarted it flashes fast blue/red. When it has found the network and is connected, the light is steady blue. The light can be turned off in the settings so that people don’t realise the camera is on.This is ideal for somewhere that has no electricity easily available, such as an external building, a garage or a commercial building. It is easy to set up and to fit, and is ready to work almost straight out of the box.

My camera kept losing it's connection after a few days and I was constantly resetting it. However, after chatting with the support team, they decided to send me a replacement which has so far stayed connected for nearly two weeks to date. So, I think it is ok now. As for using the product...it is a brilliant cctv camera because you can install it anywhere due to it getting it's power from a supplied solar panel. No wiring needed! This was the main reason I purchased this model and not a wired camera. It can be viewed from anywhere using the associated app. You can remotely move the camera to view other areas around it as well. (It's not just fixed into viewing one area). It will record clips of 10 seconds when it senses any movement in it's view and can save these clips to the cloud or to an SD card. If you buy their subscription plan for a few £ a month you can save longer clips. You would simply change this in the settings. But you would need to bear in mind that recording longer video clips will use battery power and it is only getting electrical power from the solar panel. So, it's not the cheapest cctv camera around, but it works well and is very good value for money.

Problème carte sim à priori ne fonctionne pas avec Bouygues ou alors elle est défectueux la j'ai commandé une à mon opérateur téléphonique et je vous ferai savoir ci la caméra fonctionne parfaitement

This camera is easy to set up and use. It produces a very clear image in the day and night time and you can rotate the lens from wherever you are! It's worth subscribing to the sim and cloud package as they are very good value. The customer service team responds very quickly and are very helpful. I really recommend this camera!
