Superb Knife, Razor sharp & cuts through most things like a hot knife going through butter

Really sharp and ridiculously cheap.
A very good knife for very little money. I like a posh kitchen knife and wondered how this would compare. It compares very well. It looks like a knife you would find in a commercial kitchen and it just works. It’s sharp out of the box and has stayed sharp.

Sharp and comfortable to use
Very sharp and useful knife. Would say this is a good quality. Used it for a few good weeks and never had the need to sharpen it. Easy to use and comfortable handle.

Great knife, could possibly come sharper.
Great knife, the lengths and shape are perfect. The handle is also very ergonomic and adequately sized for me. The only thing I would say is that it was sharp for sure, but not as sharp as I thought it might be for a brand new knife. I noticed it was still effort required to get through some pork fat below the rind when trimming a shoulder.

Seems to be an Excellent knife
I'm impressed out of the packed it seems a nice knife nice handle ,I purchased this knife to deal with fresh meat cuts deer hinds etc as my old knife was spent worn down from years off steeling . It bones and cuts nice and easy how the edge will hold up I don't yet too soon to say how good the steel quality is but its razor sharp from the pack enough to shave the hair off my arms, I'd usually be a victorinox man but this blade seems as good and this kinda has a nicer handle if I'm honest would i buy another based on this so far? Yes maybe a straight blade... my only negative on this purchase would be no sheath of any kind it would be handy

This is the second one I have bought. The first one got stolen by a removalist (which sucked, but that should tell you something good about the knife!) It's lightweight, the tapering is perfect for fine work, and the handle is easy to grip even when wet. Obviously I'd recommend it!
